Summer by the Sea 2023 (Coastcare Victoria) – Nelson Coastcare and the Ramsar site are featured in a video made for the Summer by the Sea program in 2023. Glenelg Hopkins Catchment Management Authority – GHCMA was instrumental in obtaining Ramsar accreditation for our Parks. They are the authority vested with managing the Glenelg catchment including the Nelson Estuary. https://www.ghcma.vic.gov.au
Nature Glenelg Trust – NGT is very active in the Nelson area. They are a not-for-profit organisation that aims to protect and enhance the natural environment. https://natureglenelg.org.au/
Coastal Connections – Glenelg Hopkins CMA issues a seasonal bulletin on Estuary conditions called “Coastal Connections”. You can subscribe to the mailing list by emailing Jarred Obst, Senior Estuary Officer/Waterways at j.obst@ghcma.vic.gov.au

The Southwest Environmental Alliance (SEA), in partnership with Landcare, is a collective of regenerative native habitat projects in the Glenelg Shire, Victoria. Nelson Coastcare is a member. South West Environment Alliance (sealliance.org.au)
